Why I love yoga

As we get older our mind continues to receive more information overload, without us noticing it our brain gets jam packed with tons of thoughts that clogs our mind! In order to think more clearly we need to find methods to release these thoughts from our mind. Personally, I find khundalini yoga extremely helping to soothe my mind and sometimes getting rid of unwanted thoughts. There are various channels I love on YouTube. But, breathing and sitting down is not everyone’s forte. So, I encourage you to find your form of meditation! This could be any task that puts your mind in a zone, a special state of mind that makes time go by quickly, some sort of hobby that energizes you and gives a feeling of purpose. This can be anything from working on a puzzle, metal detecting, making something technical out of Legos, sitting in a sauna, cooking, organizing cabinets and more.
